Welcome to RecipeBranch, a collaborative recipe platform operated by Clear Glass Consulting LLC (doing business as “RecipeBranch”). By using RecipeBranch, you agree to the following Beta Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility and Account Types
You may use RecipeBranch in one of the following ways:
- Public User: Anonymous session with limited features.
- Guest User: Anonymous account with optional participation features.
- Real User: Full account with email, username, and display name.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. User Content and Rights
You may create and share content on RecipeBranch, including recipes, cookbooks, and branches. There are three types of recipe creation:
- Manual entry
- AI-generated recipes
- Imported from external URLs (with attribution handled by RecipeBranch)
By submitting content, you grant RecipeBranch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the app.
You may only upload content you own or have rights to share. Do not submit copyrighted material without permission.
3. Collaboration and Visibility
You may invite others to collaborate on private cookbooks using email or invitation links. Email addresses are obfuscated after invitations are sent.
Cookbooks and recipe branches may be marked public or private. User profiles will soon include a public/private toggle.
4. Moderation and Reporting
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts for abuse. A “Report a Concern” button allows users to flag:
- Inappropriate content
- Copyright violations (see Section 6)
- Requests for attribution removal or content takedown
5. DMCA and Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on RecipeBranch:
Send a DMCA notice to: [email protected]
Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL(s) of the infringing material
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
- Your signature
We reserve the right to remove reported content. Repeat infringers (3 or more valid DMCA notices) will have their accounts terminated.
6. Disclaimer and Beta Status
This is a beta version of RecipeBranch and may contain bugs. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from app usage.
All features and content are subject to change.
