Installation Troubleshooting

If you don't see an install button or option:

• Check your browser: Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Samsung Internet)
• Update your browser: Ensure you're running the latest version of your browser
• Wait a moment: The install prompt may appear after a few seconds of browsing the site
• Clear cache: Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page

If you get a message saying the app is already installed:

• Check your home screen, app drawer, or applications folder - the app may already be installed
• Try uninstalling the existing app first, then reinstalling
• On desktop, check your browser's app management settings

If the installation process fails or stops unexpectedly:

• Check storage space: Ensure you have enough storage space on your device
• Restart your browser: Close and reopen your browser, then try again
• Disable extensions: Some browser extensions may interfere with PWA installation
• Try incognito/private mode: This can bypass extension conflicts

iOS Safari Issues

• Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome or another browser
• Update to iOS 14.3 or later for full PWA support
• The "Add to Home Screen" option is only available in Safari

Android Chrome Issues

• Update Chrome to the latest version
• Check if PWA installation is enabled in Chrome settings
• Try using the three dots menu → "Add to Home Screen" if the automatic prompt doesn't appear

Desktop Issues

• On Windows/Linux, use Chrome or Edge for best results
• On Mac, use Safari or Chrome
• Firefox has limited PWA support on desktop

If you're still unable to install the app after trying these solutions:

• Try using a different browser that supports PWA installation
• Check if your device or network administrator has disabled app installations
• Consider using the web version - it provides the same functionality as the installed app
