Healthy Turkey and Light Cheese Quiche
I made it lighter by using non-fat milk, low-fat cheese, and swapping the ham for turkey.
Changes
- 3/4 cup milk (180g) (of choice*)
- 3/4 cup non-fat milk (180g)
- 8 oz. (~1 cup) diced ham (leftover ham works too)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (56g)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (28g)
- 8 oz. (~1 cup) diced turkey
- 1/2 cup light Emmental (56g)
- 1/4 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese (28g)
