- 2 tbsp melted butter plus more for frying
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100ml milk
- 3-4 tbsp Frangelico (optional)
