Simple Whole Wheat Mankoushe Dough

- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 2.5 tsp Instant yeast
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water ( ideally at 40C if you have thermometer)
