Pad Thai

I had a lot of fun making Pad Thai at home. In fact, I've been making this recipe about once a week for the past month. I screwed it up the first couple times so keep reading for my tips and tricks. Total cooking time is just about 5 minutes. Prep time is closer to 20 minutes. Make homemade Pad Thai in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 3 Tbs Tamarind Concentrate
- 3 Tbs Palm Sugar Syrup
- 2 Tbs Sriracha
- 1 Tbs Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbs Lime Juice
- 1 Cup Chicken Breast
- 6-8 Shrimp raw, deveined, peeled
- 1 Cup Firm Tofu
- 1 Shallot
- 1/2 lbs. Rice Noodles
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup chopped Green Onions divided
- 1 Cup Bean Sprouts divided
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1 Tbs Crushed Peanuts
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- Lime Wedges for garnish
