Pad Thai

I had a lot of fun making Pad Thai at home. In fact, I've been making this recipe about once a week for the past month. I screwed it up the first couple times so keep reading for my tips and tricks. Total cooking time is just about 5 minutes. Prep time is closer to 20 minutes. Make homemade Pad Thai in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbs Tamarind Concentrate
  • 3 Tbs Palm Sugar Syrup
  • 2 Tbs Sriracha
  • 1 Tbs Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Chicken Breast
  • 6-8 Shrimp raw, deveined, peeled
  • 1 Cup Firm Tofu
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1/2 lbs. Rice Noodles
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup chopped Green Onions divided
  • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts divided
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1 Tbs Crushed Peanuts
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • Lime Wedges for garnish
