- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sundried tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese, (plus more to your liking)
- Good crusty bread, (ciabatta, or flatbread, for serving)
