Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese, (plus more to your liking)
  • Good crusty bread, (ciabatta, or flatbread, for serving)
