French toast (or eggy bread) is a treat in itself but stuffed with chocolate and hazelnut spread it becomes a super indulgent brunch or snack.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- a good splash double cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp golden caster sugar plus extra for sprinkling
- 4 thick slices white bloomer
- 4 tbsp Nutella
- butter
- a couple of good pinches cinnamon
