Swedish Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 11 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line spring form cake pan with parchment paper and grease the sides.
  3. Melt the butter and let cool.
  4. Stir in the sugar and eggs, mixing well.
  5. Mix together the dry ingredients and add to the butter and egg mixture. Mix with a spoon until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour better into cake form and bake for about 17 minutes.
  7. Let the cake cool and dust with powdered sugar. Chill in the fridge before slicing and serving.
  8. You with strawberries and whipped cream.
