- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Ice
Instructions
