Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice and blend it all up until smooth, then serve and enjoy!
