- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 3/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 lb. 16/20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
