- 1 garlic clove crushed
- ½ dill
- garlic and herb soft cheese (we used Boursin)
- 1 lemon zested and halved
- ½ side of salmon (about 600g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- new potatoes, fennel salad or steamed greens to serve
